Abe's Motel at Navajo Dam, NM has provided services to thousands of
visitors and fishermen for over 50 years including celebrities,
governors and most important - fishermen and hunters. Abe's is the
largest service provider in the valley providing lodging with over 50
rooms, a modern restaurant serving traditional meals and New Mexican
cuisine, a well stocked Lounge, Gas station, Fly Shop, Groceries, Boat
Storage, a Fishing Guide service and a full staff eager to make your
trip to the San Juan River an enjoyable experience.

The restaurant (El Pescador) and Lounge at Abe's are seasonal. Services
are generally provided for about 9 months of the year with the
restaurant generally closing after Thanksgiving and reopening sometime
in March. In addition to El Pescadores Restaurant, there are other food
providers in the valley. There are also restaurants in Aztec (18 miles)
and Bloomfield (20 miles).

Motel rooms are equipped with beds, shower, restroom, individually
controllable gas heat, air conditioning and a table or desk that can be
used for fly tying. Most rooms have a kitchenette and have Wi-Fi
internet access (802.11b and 802.11g).
Rooms provide ample parking for large groups or
boats. The parking lot is gravel based and serviceable in all
weather conditions.
